I can't recommend Garvin enough. TLDR; Garvin is patient, well informed, and engaging throughout the entire home buying process.

My wife and I moved from out of state. We gave Garvin an idea of what we were looking for and he ran from there. When we showed up to the next day, Garvin had identified nearly 20 houses and made arrangements for us to see them all. He was amazingly patient (showing us some houses multiple times) and incredibly informed about the area. Once we decided to move forward on our home, he facilitated everything we needed. This was our third home purchase and I am very grateful we had Garvin as our realtor.
